personal fitness training has taken him through football,
basketball, The Navy, all types of outdoor adventures, the
‘90s aerobics craze, National and International Fitness
Presenting, running, Spinning, weight lifting, and has
culminated in Personal Training and Pilates. |

Keith
received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the
University of Maryland. He began working in fitness after
college, in part to learn the ropes of the fitness industry.
After a few years of training, fitness became his love.
Keith brings passion, persistence and a wealth of knowledge
to his clients and training techniques. As a versatile
personal trainer, he can tailor motivational techniques to
meet his clients’ individual requirements.
Applicable and effective is my philosophy, we work hard
together planning your success. I have a wealth of
experience in resistance, cardiovascular, and flexibility
training. Sport-specific training, weight loss, and
rehabilitation are other areas I have experience in. “I like
to inspire clients, make a workout fun, and help people
reach their fitness goals through a variety of workouts.”
Hobbies: Skydiving, scuba diving, ATV riding, rappelling,
horseback riding, hiking, snowmobiling, snowboarding,
whitewater rafting, and more. |
Fitness classes I teach: Step,
hi/lo, kickboxing, fusion stretch, body pump, body step,
muscle up sculpt, resist-a-ball, and many more. My cardio
philosophy is to work the class until the job is done!
