Lisa started dancing and gymnastics at the age of two. As a teenager, she excelled at martial arts, dance, and horsemanship. She continued dancing throughout college and was in a professional rhythm tap company. While in college, she had the honor to perform with Savion Glover and Gregory Hines.

Besides fitness, Lisa’s other passion is finding activities to participate in with her dogs. She even travels to the Berkshires to attend Dog Camp with her four-legged friends. Her next project is to create an exercise program for people to participate in with their dogs.

“I strive to create successful exercise programs that increase fitness levels, inspire the joy of exercise, enhance the mind/ body connection, and improve the quality of life. It’s my goal to make sure that when you walk out of LEVEL, you always walk out smiling, in a great mood, and feeling wonderful about yourself. What more could a person want out of a job than to improve someone’s quality of life?”
