“I believe in working hard and breaking a good sweat while
still maintaining a smile. The ultimate goal is to be fit in
mind, body, soul, and life. I teach classes because I LOVE
IT! I love motivating others to work hard and reach their
fitness goals, while at the same time having fun doing it!
My teaching specialty is intense, full-body workouts. I use
various pieces of equipment in my classes including medicine
balls, steps, gliders, weights, and the Bosu. My goal is to
constantly change things up to keep the body guessing and my
clients excited. The accomplishments for which I am most
proud are |

my two children, Shane (6 years old) and Lexi
(4 years old). I pride myself on being a happy and healthy
mother! In my time off, I enjoy spending time with my
family, making crafts such as mosaics and hand-painted
picture frames, refinishing furniture, and being active
outdoors. I am fluent in sign language and work a few hours
a week interpreting. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Work
specializing in deaf and hard-of-hearing populations from
Gallaudet University. I was born and raised in Miami,
Florida. I met my husband, Todd, when I was 11 years old at
summer camp in West Virginia. We have been married 10 years
now.” |
