Mimi Darmstadter

Cycle Instructor
Mimi grew up in LEVEL’S “backyard,” having attended Bannockburn Elementary, Pyle Junior High School, and Walt Whitman High School many, many years ago. She even shopped at the Bethesda Co-op. Today, she lives with her husband Steve, and sons Ari and Eric near Suburban Hospital.

Mimi is not only a certified Spinning instructor through Mad Dogg but also is a certified life and leadership coach. She left corporate America in mid-2008 after 20 years in the Human Resources field to start her own business My Life’s Work Coaching & Consulting. Her clients include leaders of organizations and women in “work” transition.

In her “free” time, Mimi wishes she could enjoy even more dates with her husband watching independent films at the Landmark Theater, photography, walking and reading not to mention hanging with the two other “men” in her life.

Mimi is thrilled to be an instructor at LEVEL because it offers yet another opportunity to contribute to the well being of others.
