I started practicing Yoga at Level to find flexibility and calm my inner stress. I carry a lot of it in my hips and lower back. I can feel success since working with Julie. At the end of her classes I feel relaxed, balanced and happy.
I joined Level shortly after their doors opened in the early 2000’s and I took Yoga and Pilates classes and began using exercise equipment several times a week. I then moved to Seattle in 2006 and had to join separate Yoga and Pilates studios as well as give up machine work outs for my 10 years in Seattle. So one of my first actions when I returned to Cabin John in the Fall of 2016 was to rejoin Level. The number and variety of classes had mushroomed during my 10 years away. In addition to Yoga and Pilates classes, I started Tai Chi and Foam Rolling. The variety of classes, quality of the teaching staff, and workout studio space are unmatched. Level is a truly unique fitness club.
Workout Hours: 6:00am - 9:00pm M-Th, 6:00am - 8pm Fri , 8:00am - 6:00pm Sat & Sun
Upon entering our facility, you will immediately notice its warmth and charm. Our workout rooms are filled with natural light, and surrounded by beautiful hard wood and greenery. We feature private bathrooms with showers equipped with complementary body wash, shampoo/conditioner, deodorant, lotion and hair dryers and our natural stone floors are heated. Additionally, we have lockers for member use at no additional cost as well as towels.
In addition to our main workout rooms, we have a Pilates house equipped with Reformers and other Pilates necessities to give you the most thorough and safe Pilates experience available. Our Group Fitness Barn consists of two levels and has a wide array of equipment from classes ranging from Yoga to Tabata and everything in between!
Level Fitness is your neighborhood fitness facility specializing in Personal Training, Pilates, Group Fitness and Yoga. Level is in a class by itself when it comes to personal attention, professionalism and warmth. We pride ourselves in our ability to help our members safely lose weight, increase strength, flexibility and stamina. We also help our members workout post orthopedic surgery with the help of our Personal Trainers that specialize in Corrective Exercise Techniques and our Yoga Instructor that specializes in Therapeutic Yoga. Additionally, we have Personal Trainers that help with Sports Conditioning and specialize in special populations such as Youth, Seniors and Cancer patients and survivors.
