CLASS DESCRIPTIONS (All classes are 45 minutes unless otherwise noted!)
Barre-Tone (All Levels)
Developed from a dance background but no need to be able to dance! Barre-Tone utilizes balled movements and isometric exercises to emphasize long lean musculature. If you want the dancer physique… this is your workout!
BODYFLOW (All Levels) 55 minutes
A Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates inspired workout leaving you long, strong, calm and centered. Feeling Balanced. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. Like all the LES MILLS (TM) programs, a new BODYFLOW(TM) class is produced every three months with new music and choreography!
BSAF. – Balance, Strength, Agility & Flexibility ( Beginner/Mature)
An instruction based exercise class that focuses on building balance, strength, agility, mobility and flexibility in a friendly and low-key atmosphere. Great for beginners and those looking for a safely-paced yet challenging class.
Burn Factor (All Levels)
Keeping your heart rate aerobic the entire time, burning calories and fat. Each workout uses high repetition weight training using all muscle groups to ensure optimal calorie burn.
Butts & Guts (All Levels)
A total body weight and cardio workout with a little extra love and attention on your glutes and abs!
Cardio Kickbox (All Levels)
Use punches, knees, elbows and more to kick your way to a fit body! Utilizing techniques of air boxing, this class uses no equipment and is choreographed to music. No experience necessary!
Cardio Sculpt (All Levels)
Get a full-body workout of toning, along with low impact cardio.
Core Flow (All Levels)
Set to uptempo music, this class combines instinctual movement with classic yoga poses to strengthen and firm the core. This is followed by a cool down and sivasana. Come with an open mind and be prepared to sweat!
CXWORX (All Levels)
A 30- minute workout focused on the core, strengthening and toning your abs, butt, and legs.
Foam Rolling (All Levels)
Mobilize and stabilize, release muscle tension, improve functional range of motion and increase dynamic core strength.
International Cardio (All Levels)
Mixing international/world music dance styles, martial arts and aerobics into a fun Cardio experience.
Level XT (Intense)
An extreme workout to take you to the next level. Dress appropriately and prepare to run, jump, hop and burpee your way to an intense cardio/sculpt workout. “XT” is short for Extreme Training – If you want the best body you can have, the extreme of Level XT will help you get there.
Met Boost (Intense)
Work your metabolism through all THREE energy systems! This is a complete workout for energy production and calorie burning that includes high-intensity cross training intervals. If you like to break a good sweat, feel the burn in your muscles and aren’t afraid of a tough workout, this class is for you!
Pilates Mat (All Levels)
Pilates Mat consists of a series of 34 exercises developed by Joseph H. Pilates. These movements are designed to improve strength, flexibility, and create long, lean muscles. Learn techniques to develop core stability and enhance your mind/body connection.
Strength Circuit (All Levels)
This Non-Aerobic workout uses various resistance training equipment including: BOSU balls, resist-a-balls, dumbbells, tubing, and gliding discs… all to build strength, gain muscular endurance, and define the muscles of the entire body. This class is generally conducted in a circuit fashion where participants move from station to station.
TABATA Extreme/Express (Intense)
20 seconds of intense work followed by a 10 second break. These intervals are performed for the entire class culminating in an extreme workout that burns maximum calories for the next 24 to 48 hours.
The Extreme is 45-mins Express class is a 30-min quick burn
TAI-CHI (All Levels)
A series of movements performed in a slow focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
Tone-IT! (All Levels)
Tighten tone, sculpt and strengthen your muscles in this Non-Aerobic workout. Workout 101 (Beginner)
A creatively designed workout that incorporates purposeful movements and core centered strength. Total body conditioning will challenge all aspects of your physiology while burning calories and building strength with stability. Total Body Circuit has the same goals and type of training however the class is done in a circuit format verses each person having their individual station.
Yoga (All Levels) 90 Minutes
Focusing on good form to support longevity & sustainability in the body through intelligent alignment principles, sound biomechanics, and a workable understanding of anatomy offers a deep, efficacious practice to enhance the physical aspects of embodiment.
Zumba ( All Levels)
An aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music
