​​Join Titlest Professional Institute instructor, Brian Henn, in a 4 week intensive program designed to improve your game by correcting the imbalances and weaknesses that are currently hindering your best game. 

First, you will undergo a comprehensive private screening to identify physical factors that are limiting your performance on the course. Your specific limitations and common issues will be addressed throughout the program's classes. 

Next, Participate in 50 minute classes, specificially designed to improve your body, swing and overall golf game using a small group format and the following equipment: Kettlebells, TRX, Yoga Straps, Weights, Body Weight and Stability Balls. 

What you can expect:

  • Improvement of imbalances and flexibility
  • Improvement in swing and game performance
  • Prevent injury from overuse and repetitive motions
  • Feel more fit and improve endurance*Note: this program will not teach a golfer to swing or the mechanics of the swing.
