Comprehensive
Club Orientation
Our staff will explain everything; check in procedures,
locker and towel service, and how to use your member account
to make purchases. They will review what equipment we have,
and how it works, explain what is so good about our private
training and nutritional programs, and discuss the policies
and procedures. At Level, we want you to feel at home, if
you are unsure of anything, just ask, we love to help!
Scheduled 1hr. Fitness Consultation
This is where you start. Our certified fitness professionals
will help you define your goals, assess any injuries, health
issues, or other issues limiting your program.
Depending on your fitness goals,

they may either refer you to one of our trainers and/or nutritionist,
or develop your fitness program and walk you through it. Our goal
is to provide a safe and effective program that will assist you
in reaching your fitness goals.
Use
of all club facilities, fitness equipment,
and non-premium classes
Club
Policy and Guidelines
Members
and Guests acknowledge that you are physically able to engage
in any activity, program,
or training provided and agree that all exercises and use of this
facility are undertaken at your sole risk. You also agree to accept
full responsibility for all personal belongings.
Dues
and Purchases
Members are required to register a credit card or bank account
with the club to be used to establish a house account and to charge
monthly dues. All club purchases for goods and services will be
charged to members house account. Balance of house account will
be charged to members credit card or bank account two times each
month. Membership dues will be charged once each month as determined
by agreement. Member can change at any time the credit card or
bank account linked to the house account.Cash is not accepted.
Guests
Members are allowed 1 free guest pass per month. Additional passes
may be purchased for $15.
Guests must be accompanied by member.
Personal
Belongings
Please store all personal belongings in a locker. We will be happy
to hold the key at the front desk until you are finished with
your workout. Don’t forget to replace the key in the locker
when you are finished.
Please keep all valuables at home.
Membership
Re-instatement
If a member cancels membership and re-joins within 1 year, additional
enrollment fee will be waived.
Proper
Clothing & Hygiene
·Appropriate athletic shoes only. No street shoes, boots,
or sandals are allowed in workout areas.
·Shorts, sweats, t-shirts, tank tops, and appropriate fitness
clothing
·Please avoid the use of heavy perfume or cologne.
·No belt buckles, blue jeans, or loose jewelry can be worn in workout
areas.
Equipment
and Cardio areas
·Please be courteous at all times.
·Please limit cardio equipment use to 30min. if there are members
waiting.
·Allow others to work in during your rest periods.
·Keep hands and feet away from all moving parts and weight stacks.
·Do not attempt to repair or adjust any equipment that has malfunctioned.
·Report any equipment problem immediately to the staff.
·Use your towel to wipe off equipment and benches after use.
·No chalk is permitted.
·Rack weights and return equipment after use.
·Please don’t drop weights.
·Always use a spotter when attempting maximum weight.
·Always use collars and clips for free bar lifting.
·If you are unfamiliar with the use of any equipment, please ask
a staff member for assistance.
·Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in any workout
area.
Food
and Drinks
·Water bottles with spill-proof lids are allowed in all areas of
the club.
·Please, no food in any work-out area.
Bathrooms
and Showers
·Please be courteous to others, limit shower and grooming time
as best as possible.
·Please ensure the bathrooms are wiped down and ready for the next
members use.
·Report any cleaning or supplies needed to staff.
