Private Sessions:

30 minute Class
Members: $60 per session, Non Members: $66 per session
12 Session Package; Members: $54 per session, Non Members: $60 per session
 
45 minute Class
Members: $80 per session, Non Members: $88 per session
12 Session Package; Members: $72 per session, Non Members: $80 per session
 
60 minute Class
Members: $99 per session, Non Members: $110 per session
12 Session Package; Members: $90 per session, Non Members: $100 per session


Private Group Training Sessions:

Semi Private Sessions (2 People)
30 minute sessions; Members: $39 per session, Non Members: $43 per session
60 minute sessions; Members: $60 per session, Non Members: $66 per session


3 or More Group Sessions
45 minute sessions; Members: $34 per person per session, Non Members: $37 per person per session
12 Session Package; Members: $31 per person per session, Non Members: $34 per person per session
        
60 minute sessions; Members: $39 per person per session, Non Members: $43 per person per session
12 Session Package; Members: $35 per person per session, Non Members: $39 per person per session


Personal Training Policies

  • Please check in at the front desk prior to your appointment
  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance
  • Standing appointments are available
  • A standing appointment is your reserved time slot until you cancel it in writing
  • To avoid being charged for a missed session, please cancel by 5:00pm the day before the scheduled session
  • Semi-private sessions consist of two clients sharing one trainer
  • Group training consists of three or more clients sharing one trainer
  • You may use multi-session packages towards both training and Pilates
  • Sessions may be shared among family members
  • Packages are pre-paid, expire in three months, are non-transferable except to family members, and are non-refundable


Only LEVEL staff are permitted to train clients in our facility

Membership Not Required

We strongly believe the best and most efficient way to reach any fitness goal is to work with a personal trainer. They provide the knowledge, motivation, and accountability to get the job done.

We offer private training, semi-private, small group, and 30 minute, 45 minute and hour training sessions. Sessions can be purchased one at a time or in a series of twelve.
