We strongly believe the best and most efficient way to reach any fitness goal is to work with a personal trainer. They provide the knowledge,
motivation, and accountability to get the job done.

Train with our Premier Trainers

We offer private training, semi-private, small group, and half - hour training sessions. Sessions can be purchased one at a time or in a series of twelve.

Personal Training Policies

       ♦ Please check in at the front desk prior to your appointment
       ♦ Sessions must be scheduled in advance
       ♦ Standing appointments are available
       ♦ A standing appointment is your reserved time slot until you cancel it in writing
       ♦ To avoid being charged for a missed session, please cancel by 5:00pm the day before the           scheduled session
       ♦ Semi-private sessions consist of two clients sharing one trainer
       ♦ Group training consists of three or more clients sharing one trainer
       ♦ You may use multi-session packages towards both training and Pilates
       ♦ Sessions may be shared among family members
       ♦ Packages are pre-paid, expire in three months, are non-transferable except to family members,           and are non-refundable

Only LEVEL staff are permitted to train clients in our facility
