Monday May 13th: 30- minute Corrective Exercises:
Small movements to do on a daily basis to improve quality of life.
Times: 6AM - 8AM and 5PM - 8PM

Friday May 17th:  30 -minute  General Personal Training Assessment:
Find out where you stand, set goals, discuss nutrition and get pointers on what you should focus on while at the gym.
Time: 5PM - 8PM

Saturday May 18th:  Boxing:
Learn how to stand, throw punches, and move, and learn combos. 
Times: 1PM - 2PM   (note: pre-registration required, limited space)

               2PM-3PM  (note: pre-registration required, limited space)

Saturday May 25th:  Boxing:
Learn how to stand, throw punches, and move, and learn combos.
Times: Noon - 1PM   (note: pre-registration required, limited space)
