CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Group Qigong and Private Qigong
Level is happy to welcome Erica Eager a Medical Qigong Therapist to our team. Our private Qigong room will be located in the loft of the house. Group classes (free for members): Tuesdays 7:10pm and Fridays 11:10am. To schedule a private appointment with Erica contact the front desk. Pilates and Personal Training packages are applicable.

Group Qigong is a healing workout that is beneficial to all. The purpose of the exercises is to realign one's body (both physically and energetically), massage one's internal organs, and calm one's spirit. When practiced regularly Qigong has been shown to increase metabolism, improve immunity, help promote physiological balance and calm the mind.

Individual instruction involves highly customized modifications of traditional Qigong movements to meet your unique health and life challenges. It combines breathing techniques with movement, creative visualization, and spiritual intent to improve health, personal power, and control over one's life.
