Fall and Winter Yoga Workshops

Join Linda Lang for a workshop or a full weekend of yoga education. Saturday and Sunday November 8&9 and 15&16 Yoga workshops will be held at Level. Take all the classes offered or pick and choose the classes you would like to take. 


Saturday November 8th & November 15th Schedule:
3:00pm - 4:00pm - Yoga: Assess and Refine Your Personal Practices: And opportunity to explore your physical and contemplative practices in a group setting to create an on-going personal practice that is not only the best possible fit for this time of your life but a practice you are most likely to practice!
4:00pm - 5:00pm - Restoratives and Meditation - Acknowledge the realm of commitment, dedication and devotion to self-care, self-compassion and a deeper awareness of choices and relationships. 
*Participants should take both hours at the cost of $40 for Members and $50 for Non-Members for the 2 classes.


Sunday November 9th & November 16th Schedule:
9:30am - 11:00am - Extremely-Yoga - Level's Normal Sunday Practice: Knowing your limits and celebrating possibilities. $0 for Members/ $25 for Non-Members
11:30am - 1:00pm - Inversions and Back Bends - After our warm-up go deeper into more challenging postures. $35 for Members/ $45 for Non-Members
1:15pm - 3:15pm - Yin Yoga and Mindful Meditation with Yoga Nidra. $40 Members/$50 Non-Members


Fit For Par - Golf Conditioning Program


Join Titlist Professional Institute Instructor Brian Henn in this golf conditioning programs. Start with a 45 minute private assessment to identify underlying issues, weaknesses, or imbalances that are affecting your golf game. Then, spend 4 weeks in a private or small group setting performing workouts that are designed to improve you swing and your game. Of course private instruction allows you to gain the best information on your personal needs.

Ballroom Dancing Program


Join Professional Ballroom Dancer Adriane Morgan-Henn for private or group dance lessons. Learn to dance for any and all types of events. Social dancing is great exercise and learning to dance with your loved one can also provide a great way for you each to share a hobby. Learn Foxtrot, Waltz, Argentine Tango, Rumba, ChaCha, Salsa or general social dancing skills.  Learn how to dance your way to the music for your next vacation, or a great night out on the town. No skills required. You can take private lessons or form your own group class.

Aerial Yoga and Aerial Yoga Express


Join Debra O'Reagan in trying a new exercise format which combines flexibility and strength training in a class that allows silks that hang from the ceiling to be used as props to aid in the movement or challenge the movement.  

AERIAL YOGA EXPRESS: 

A fitness based class using the aerial yoga hammock for a whole body workout.   This class will includes both strength and stretching elements from yoga, Pilates, TRX and Barre in creative ways by using the hammock as the ultimate prop!   The hammock is close to the floor and is fully adjustable for all body types.  Add bounce, swing and swivel to your work out with this 45 minute class! 
Pricing: $25 per single class, $19 per class for a package of 6 classes, $17 per class for a package of 12 classes. 

AERIAL YOGA (75 minute format):

Vinyasa Flow (75 minute class) - This class follows a vinyasa flow yoga class format incorporating aerial versions of asanas and sun salutations.    Aerial yoga defies gravity and challenges your muscles in new ways, blending  elements of Pilates, Barre and TRX with yoga.   The 75 minute class allows for the introduction of aerial skills such as inversions and flips in the hammock, followed by savasana in a silky fabric cocoon!
Pricing: $30 for a single class. $75 for a package of three classes
