Nicole Forster

Nicole is ACE Fitness, NSPA and Schwinn Cycle Certified. She currently teaches Burn Factor, Cardio Sculpt, Cardio Kick and Level XT here at the club.

"My ideal client is someone whose commitment to fitness is important. I’m interested in helping people who really want to change their fitness level and physical strength and appearance to some degree. I don’t specialize in a specific population but work well with healthy middle aged men and women and sometimes very de-conditioned clients."

Christian Muys

 Rami Erafeig

Rami is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Trainer with 15 years of experience. He has speciality training in Flexibility, Core and Resistance Training. Rami is also NASM certified in Youth,  Senior and Golf specialities. He specializes in working with people over the age of 50. Rami's clients are those that are looking to improve their movement during daily activities and are interested in learning how to live a healthy, active lifestyle.

Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Sunday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Workout Hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM M-Th, 6:00 AM - 8PM Fri 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sat & Sun 

Derek Arledge

Mary Duke Smith
Mary Duke is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine since 2008 and has completed continuing education in specialty areas including Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), TRX Suspension Training, TRX Rip Training, Real Ryder Indoor Cycling, StrongFirst Kettlebell Technique, Integrated Flexibility, Bodyweight Training (Animal Flow, MovNat), and Olympic Weightlifting (USAW- L1).

Her experience prior to becoming a Personal trainer has included almost 20 years of Ropes Challenge Course Facilitation, Adventure-based Education and Self-Defense Instruction along with approximately 10 years of Clinical Social Work and Health Education. Mary Duke holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Wesleyan University and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Maryland. 

Mary Duke's clients include those that have functional goals  such as staying active in their sport or outdoor pursuits and  keeping up with their children and grandchildren. She also enjoys working with clients that want to learn how to work out safely and effectively so that they feel confident in working out independently.

​​​Janet Reed

Janet holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and  is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Senior Fitness Specialist, NASM Youth Exercise Specialist and is certified to lead TABATA Bootcamp, Real Ryder Spin as well as  Body Flow and  CXWORX by Les Mills.  Janet has 10 years of experience that she brings to Level. 

Janet's ideal client is someone that is motivated and goal driven. Her specialty is Youth and Teen Fitness and Performance Enhancement although she excels with athletes, it is not a requirement to work with her.

Hours available to Train:
  Monday- Fridays 6am-4pm (evenings and weekends available upon request)
