We have a lot of options available for mature adults at Level. We have private training sessions available for all needs and special requirements as well as a group class held five days a week specifically designed for persons of this age. These classes take place during the work week between 2pm and 5pm and appear on our Group exercise schedule. These classes are included in your membership when you are a paying member of the club. B.S.F - Balance, Strength and Flexibility
Mondays & Fridays at 3pm, & Wednesdays at 4pm
This class is an instruction based exercise class that focuses on building balance, strength, agility, mobility and flexibility in a friendly and low-key atmosphere. This class is not only for the person that might be new to exercise but also a great class for mature individuals looking for a class more “their speed”!

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing.Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
Wednesdays at 3:00pm
This class takes a traditional Pilates mat class and slows it way down to understand the fundamentals of recruiting the intrinsic unit as well as breathing techniques to help strengthen the muscles of the spine as well. In this class you will modifications to traditional Pilates exercises in order to participate in class but deal with any current injuries or mobility limitations.
Thursdays at 3:00pm
A creatively designed workout that incorporates purposeful movements and core centered strength. As the name suggests, total body conditioning will challenge all aspects of your physiology while burning calories and building strength with stability. Total Body Circuit has the same goals and type of training however the class is done in a circuit format verses each person having their individual station.
